​Disappointing service and unsafe practices. Came in for a tire rotation, and they spotted a sidewall bulge. Rather than offering a safe, matching single replacement, they pushed to sell me two cheap budget-brand tires. When I declined, they charged me $40 for the rotation anyway and left the dangerous tire on my car. This is after previously overinflated my tires to 40 PSI following a patch job. Zero attention to detail or safety—look elsewhere for honest tire service. Reply: Claiming a commitment to 'customer safety' while charging $40 to rotate a structurally destroyed tire onto a rear wheel makes no sense. A tire with a sidewall bulge is a known blowout hazard. A reputable shop prioritizing safety would have mounted my spare tire, not performed a paid rotation that put a dangerous tire back on the road. ​Furthermore, requesting a matching Yokohama tire isn't a 'preference'—it's a requirement for Subaru's All-Wheel Drive system to prevent costly drivetrain damage. Offering cheap off-brand tires that don't match vehicle specs is not proper service.

We had such a great experience here! We were on our way with our kids when suddenly our car got a flat tire on the road. Luckily, we found this shop and went in for help. The team was incredibly kind and didn’t hesitate at all—they helped us right away, almost like on-the-spot roadside service. They fixed our tire very quickly, and the price was very reasonable too. My husband even mentioned that he has been in this trade for about 10 years, and he was really impressed with their work. Honestly, we truly appreciated their fast and friendly service. Great experience overall. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff are consistently polite and respectful. Service was smooth and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for good value and friendly service.

Stopped by Tire Depot after my pressure light came on earlier today. The mechanic in the blue jumpsuit kindly checked all four tires and confirmed they were fine. He was professional, respectful, and took the time to reassure me — which gave me real peace of mind. That kind of kindness and service goes a long way. Much appreciated!

I ordered custom wheels and they were delivered next day. Although 1 of the 4 was the wrong rim, the correct 1 was delivered the next day. They were courteous, and efficient in the mounting and balancing process. He even special ordered wheel locks that fit my rims at no extra charge. And put them on for free when they arrived! I will definitely go back when it is time for a new set of tires.
